Who we are

Web Sentry LLC helps local businesses connect with customers through AI reception, lead recovery, and follow-up messaging, and offers WebCamSentry camera services as a related product.

Using this site

This site is informational and provides a way to request a proposal. It does not create a service agreement. Any AI receptionist, messaging, or camera service is scoped, priced, and confirmed separately once we understand your needs.

Inquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form does not commit you to any purchase, and it does not commit us to any specific pricing or availability. Proposals we send are estimates until both parties confirm scope, pricing, and start dates in writing.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or send content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else’s rights. Don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information in the contact form.

Third-party services

WebCamSentry, voice and messaging providers, and other third-party tools referenced on this site have their own terms and privacy practices. Those terms apply once you begin using those services, typically confirmed during onboarding.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that any particular AI, voice, or messaging feature will be available or suitable for your business until we’ve confirmed it during setup.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Web Sentry LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our liability for any confirmed service is limited to the terms in your signed proposal or agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
